Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the Lunemvarid platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Lunemvarid for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Lunemvarid at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Lunemvarid. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Lunemvarid.
User-Generated Content
Our platform may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material. You are responsible for the content that you post on or through the service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting content on the platform, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the service. You retain any and all of your rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the service and you are responsible for protecting those rights.
Content Standards
You agree that all content you provide will:
- Be accurate and not misleading
- Not violate any third-party rights including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights
- Not contain material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Not promote sexually explicit or pornographic material, violence, or discrimination
- Not infringe on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights of any other person
Prohibited Uses
You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the service:
- In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
- To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Lunemvarid, a Lunemvarid employee, another user, or any other person or entity
- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the service
- To use the service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site
Payment Terms
Certain aspects of the service may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, upon notice to you if such change may affect your existing subscriptions.
Cancellation and Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us directly to request account closure.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Lunemvarid makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the service, or the information, content or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk.
To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Lunemvarid disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Lunemvarid does not warrant that the service, its servers, or electronic communications sent from Lunemvarid are free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Lunemvarid, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
- Any content obtained from the service
- Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Lunemvarid and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your use of and access to the service, or from your violation of these Terms.
Third-Party Links
Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Lunemvarid. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Lunemvarid shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable international laws and regulations, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the service.
